Poem:
Mind is a whirlwind,
Of streams of thoughts,
They show me what I am not.
Emotions and sensations,
The body and the brain,
Yet I do not let the truth go in vain.
I see through it,
The cosmic play,
Beyond future and past,
The tricks of this game.
I inquire beyond it all,
To where it began,
All rooted in the feeling,
I Am.
Who is this that thinks?
Who is this that knows?
Who is this that is conscious?
Deep down,
God knows.
Meditate deeply,
And come to understand,
The truth of your nature,
As Infinite Self,
And the truth of this life,
A dream that you dealt.
Through knowledge and letting go,
Of what’s false,
Suffering will forever be lost.
Peace will settle in,
Through awakenings bloom,
And you will sit and smile,
For it is all you.
